Return Policy for Babymama, LLC

At Babymama, LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund for completely unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. For opened and used items with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days. Proof of defect must be provided at the time of requesting your exchange or refund. 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Refund, return, or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Such requests may be approved after the 30 days have elapsed, and product may be received at our warehouse after such period, and these requests remain binding and valid. 
• Only completely unopened and unused items are eligible for a refund, except instances of manufacturing defects. Opened and used items may be eligible for a return and exchange provided proof of a manufacturing defect is provided. 
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A refund request must be generated and authorized by our team before sending the item back. Please contact our customer service at customservice@babymama.co to initiate a refund request and receive authorization.

Process for Returns:

1. Contact our customer service team at customservice@babymama.co, and/or use the customer self-service portal at, to generate and authorize your refund request.
2. Pack the item securely, ensuring the item remains unopened and unused, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. If you are returning and opened and used item, ensure that the lid is sealed. 
3. Label the package with the return authorization provided by our team.
4. Send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within five (5) days of receiving the returned item.
